The main challenge was resolving the layout and design in a small space and on a tight budget. Because of the low average profit margins in the specialty coffee niche we arrived at the consensus that the budget should be recoverable in just over 6 months. We arrived at a very tiny budget of just over 8000 euro, complemented by using materials from an anterior project of his.

We chose to use industrial design elements easily customized and installed. We chose catalogue furniture very precisely filtered through a price-quality rapport sheet, to fit in the space without needing to personalize, thus keeping the costs low.
